Sugar and Spice began as Norah’s Bakes and Cakes in 2022. Our founder set out to provide Los Angeles with affordable but delicious goods. Since then, we’ve done birthdays and bbq parties. Our goal is to make your mouth water, and your stomach grumble at the sight of our treats!
